Before our first session, I’ll ask you to complete some initial paperwork, if you haven’t already. This includes basic demographic information, consent for treatment, and confidentiality forms. Once that’s taken care of, we’ll schedule an initial appointment where we can talk through your goals, explore treatment options, and make sure everything feels like a good fit. There will also be plenty of time to ask questions and get comfortable with the process.
I currently accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO. Please check back periodically for updates, as additional insurance options may be added.
I accept payment through Venmo (set to private) or Zelle. I’ll provide the necessary details during your first appointment.
Therapy looks different for everyone. During our initial session, we’ll evaluate your needs and develop a treatment plan together. I typically recommend weekly sessions at the start to help build rapport and create a strong foundation. As we move forward, we’ll regularly assess progress and adjust the frequency and length of treatment as needed.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will be charged my full fee. If you know in advance that your plans have changed, you’re welcome to reschedule your session without penalty.
No. At this time, all sessions are held via telehealth.
